Spotter is the assistant built into your coaching account. Ask it a question about any client and it answers from your own records. Ask it to arrange something and it will set it up for you, once you have approved it.
These need no approval — Spotter simply looks it up and tells you. The examples are only examples; there is no phrasing you have to learn.
Bring up anyone on your roster by name or email, or see the whole list at once. If two people share a name, Spotter asks which one you meant rather than guessing.
Read back what a client told you when they joined: their goals, any injuries or medical conditions, the foods they avoid, their current fitness level, when they prefer to train, and how they have been sleeping and handling stress.
Spotter ranks your whole roster by who needs attention, weighing how much of today's plan each person has finished against how long it has been since you last heard from them.
See how someone is doing today across their meals, training, water and steps, each with a clear percentage. Look further back to compare their protein, carbohydrates, fats or calories against their targets day by day, or to see how their weight has moved over any stretch of time.
Pull up what a client is meant to eat on any given day, and browse every meal plan you have built.
Pull up a client's workout for any day, review how they have progressed on a particular exercise, and browse every workout plan you have built.
See the daily habits a client has been given and how faithfully they have kept them, including the streaks they have going.
Check one client's agreed fee, what they have paid, what is still outstanding and when their next payment falls due — or see everyone who owes you money in a single list.
See what is already booked and find the times you are still free to take someone.
See the forms you have created and which of them each client has been sent.
See how many hours a client has been sleeping and how well, night by night, with the averages and whether it is trending up or down.
See how a client has been feeling, how often they check in, and what they said was affecting it — sorted by what comes up most.
See how much a client walks and drinks each day against their own goals, with averages and how many days they hit the mark.
See the people who have got in touch but have not signed up yet, where they came from and how far along they are.
Catch up on what you and a client last said to each other, without scrolling back through the chat.
Look up the calories and macros in any food or list of ingredients. Nothing to do with a particular client — just a quick answer.
These are the ones that would otherwise mean opening five screens and doing the arithmetic yourself. Spotter gathers everything it needs in one go and gives you the answer, not the raw numbers.
One answer covering who needs you today, who owes you money, what is in the diary and who is waiting on a reply.
Spotter compares a client's weight, eating, sleep, steps and water over a period and tells you only the things that actually changed — with the numbers.
Search the whole roster instead of one person at a time — who has no plan, who has logged nothing today, who has never weighed in, who owes you, who is losing or gaining.
Compare any two clients on weight, steps, sleep or water over the same stretch. It also tells you how many days each of them actually logged, so you know whether the comparison is fair.
Spotter pulls out what is worth mentioning from a client's week and drafts a check-in message. It writes it; you edit it; nothing is sent until you say so.
Clients whose agreement is ending soon AND who have gone quiet — the combination worth a phone call, rather than either on its own.
Spotter never changes anything on its own. When you ask for one of these, it repeats back exactly what it is about to do and waits. Nothing happens until you say yes, and if it has misread you, correct it and it will try again.
Spotter cannot reach anyone who is not on your roster, however the question is worded.
Full sentences are fine and so are short ones. Casual dates work too — today, Friday, last month.
Every request that would alter something is described back to you first, and waits for your approval.
Spotter comes with every NexCoach account. Open your dashboard and start with the client who has been on your mind.
